Most Common Checkout Errors
Use the list below to quickly find the error message you are receiving when trying to purchase or renew your subscription.
# Transaction Rejected
If your transaction gets rejected, you can try one of the following payment options to complete your purchase:
- Use a different debit or credit card. If you don’t have another card, consider borrowing one from a friend or family member, or open a free account with services like Revolut, Monzo or Wise.
- Switch your payment method to Apple Pay.
- For a guaranteed successful transaction, switch your payment method to crypto.
# Network Error
To solve a network error during the checkout process, try the following:
- Open the checkout page on a different device (a different phone, tablet, or computer)
- Switch to mobile data, use a different Wi-Fi network, or turn any VPNs on or off, and then complete the checkout process again.
If these steps don’t solve the issue, try a different debit/credit card or consider paying with crypto.
# Card Authentication Failed
The “Card authentication failed” error usually occurs when your bank does not authorize the payment. To resolve this issue, try the following steps:
- Contact your bank and ask them to allow transactions from “UNITRW.CO“
- Switch your payment method to Apple Pay.
- Try using another card from a different bank.
- Switch your payment method to crypto for a guaranteed successful transaction.
# Failed To Create Payment Address
Crypto payments are temporarily unavailable. Please contact the live chat, and they will let you know once all crypto payments are working again. Alternatively, you can try again a little later.
# Internal Server Error
To resolve the error message “Internal Server Error,” please follow the steps in the section # Network Error.
Other Payment Errors
This is a list of other, less common error messages that might appear during Hustlers University’s checkout process.
# Access Denied
To fix the error message “Access denied, invalid endpoint acquirerBIN, acquirerMerchantID not recognized,” see the # Transaction Rejected section.
# Unprocessable Entity
Our payment processor only accepts Credit/Debit Cards without any letters. Any cards that hold letters (such as 342E F234 9OUI 7872) are not accepted. Pre-Paid & Gift Cards are not accepted either.
# Duplicate Transaction
Our system detected a payment already made from you. This is a fail-safe so that you are not charged twice. Please check your email address for your payment receipt.
