Common Login Errors
Use the table below to quickly find the error message you receive when trying to log into your account.
# Invalid Credentials
The “Invalid credentials” error message means either that no account exists with those credentials, or that the login details were entered incorrectly.
Make sure to double-check your email address and password, or create an account.
# Network Error
A “Network error” during the login process usually appears when using an outdated version of the app. The old Android APK and the old app for Windows and macOS have been discontinued.
To access all the features and functionalities, please either log in in the web application or download the latest version of the app.
Note:

# Too Many Devices
Depending on your membership tier and subscription length, each member has a limited number of sessions that can be logged in simultaneously.
To resolve this error, do the following:
- Use a device where you are already logged in to manually remove any unused sessions and free up space.
- Clear the cache of the browser you used to log in previously and where you are currently trying to log in.
# Error Joining Campus
The error message “Error joining campus, sending you back” was a bug inside the app that has now been resolved and should no longer occur during login.

# Locked Out
The “Locked out” error appears after too many login attempts or sending multiple requests in a short time.
- Log in on a different device.
- Switch your internet connection to mobile data or a different Wi-Fi network.
- Turn any VPNs on or off.
