# Invalid Credentials
The “Invalid credentials” error message means either that no account exists with those credentials, or that the login details were entered incorrectly.
To fix:

# Network Error
A “Network error” during the login process usually appears when using an outdated version of the app. The old Android APK and the old app for Windows and macOS have been discontinued.
To access all the features and functionalities, please either log in in the web application or download the latest version of the app.

# Locked Out
The “Locked out” error appears after trying to log in too frequently or sending too many requests at once.
To solve the error:
– Try logging in on a different device.
– Switch your internet connection to mobile data or a different Wi-Fi network.
– Turn any VPNs on or off.
